LM Presenze collects and processes the following personal data of employees:

Personal data: name, email, company role
Contract data: contract type, hire date, weekly hours, level, hourly cost
Operational data: daily timesheet, absence requests, overtime
Access data: activity logs, IP address, timestamps

Processing purposes

Attendance and timesheet management
Monthly report processing for accountants
Leave, permits and absence management
Overtime and time bank calculation

Legal basis

Processing is necessary for the performance of the employment contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and for compliance with legal obligations (art. 6.1.c GDPR — labour, tax, social security regulations).

Retention

Data is retained for the duration of the employment relationship and for 10 years thereafter (tax/social security obligation).

Rectification: request data correction from the administrator
